Driven employment law specialist with an LL.M. in Employment Law and broad experience gained in both private legal practice and the corporate sector. This combination makes her versatile and highly practical: she understands the various aspects of employment law in her advisory role and can anticipate how advice will play out in practice.
She has a strong foundation in employment law and dismissal law and distinguishes herself through her experience in collective labour agreement (CLA) law and the flexible staffing sector. This makes her a valuable asset in cases involving temporary agency constructions, payroll structures, or the applicability of collective agreements.
She represents both employers and employees. Personal in her approach and sharp in her analysis, she believes that good legal assistance starts with careful listening and always works toward the most appropriate solution.

At Flott Advocaten, you are always welcome to schedule a free introductory call. We do not charge any fees for the first consultation. During this meeting, we assess whether and how we can assist you further.
We work at a reasonable hourly rate and always ensure that the costs are proportionate to the potential outcome of your case. Efficiency is key: you do not pay for unnecessary hours. As specialists, we work with great care, but also with speed.
For certain matters, it is also possible to agree on a fixed fee.
